Immudex MHC I and MHC II U-Load Dextramer® Kits bring the flexibility of constructing your own precision immune monitoring reagents for flow cytometry to your lab.
All you add is your antigen peptide of interest. Each kit contains:
- Stabilizing dextramer backbone (U-Load Dextramer®) designed to be loaded with your peptide-MHC complex
- Your choice of fluorophore: APC, FITC, PE, or none
- Your selection of MHC allele monomers
- A positive control peptide allowing evaluation of proper refolding of peptide-loaded complexes
